 Description: D707 is the use of low carbon steel welding core hydrogen sodium type coating tungsten carbide surfacing electrode, relying on tungsten carbide coating in the transition metal tungsten welding for 40 to 50%. As thick coating, so long sleeves, red in the electrode coating likely to have small pieces after peeling off, so it is appropriate DCRP, use a smaller current. 

 Application: Suitable for welding a strong resistance to wear and machine parts, rock, such as mixed soil mixing suspect leaves, earth moving and pumped into the leaves, leaves of dredging machines, high-speed sand boxes.

 Note: 1, see the carbon steel welding preheat temperatures above 300 ℃, when welding low alloy steel parts for the preheating temperature is 400 ~ 500 ℃ or more, welding stainless steel parts for the preheating temperature is 600 650 ℃ 

 2, low-alloy steel and stainless steel after welding shall be 700 ℃ annealing. 

 3, before welding electrodes shall be 300 ~ 350 ℃ baking 1h.
