| R-5660 series flexible mica plate are flexible plate like insulating materials made of adhesive and mica splitting by baking or adhesive and mica splitting or mica paper on one side or both sides of reinforced material by baking and pressing. The products have good pliability and high mechanical strength at normal condition, and are suitable for use as slot insulation and turn insulation of motors. This series has gained USA "UL" certification (No.: E231452). R-5660 series has two types: R-5660-1S: Flexible muscovite plate, which made from muscovite paper with silicon resin binder under heat and pressure. Heat resistance:500. R-5660-3S: Flexible phlogopite plate, which made from phlogopite paper with silicon resin binder under heat and pressure. Heat resistance:750. |
