 METTEX U.S. patent products, used in place of "hard chrome" and "decorative chrome." 
 METTEX is plating nano-coating, the grain is less than 8 nm, once the user to use the patented technology, users will try to excellent coating performance, high efficiency, and also will not increase the user cost. In addition, users will need to take into account the headache completely chrome emission standards. 


 METTEX 13 (M13) is a new corrosion-resistant coating, recommended for M6, M8, M10 and the general appearance of a variety of nickel-plated. To get the color is similar to hexavalent chromium plating system and improve the corrosion resistance. 

 Conditions: 

 (1) PH :13.0-14 .0 (13.5 best). 
 (2) current density :0.1-3 .0 A/dm2 (optimum 0.5-1.0 A/dm2); continuous filtration. 
 (3) Operating temperature: 45 ℃ -55 ℃ (optimum 48 ℃). 
 (4) with a cylinder: M13 liquid. . 
 (5) Power Supply: thyristor rectifier power regulator. Input voltage: three-phase AC 380V; Output voltage: DC 0-12V adjustable. 
 (6) anode material: 316L. 

 Maintenance: 

 (1) work to control the PH value in the range 13.0-14.0; available 50% NaOH or 30% H2SO4 regulation. 
 (2) bath to maintain required operating volume of deionized water added. 
 (3) bath components added: Every one amp / hour of additional additives 1, 2 and 3 of 3ml.
