SW6200 series completely replace the LM3405 driver IC 


 SW6200 is a high efficiency (90%) of the buck LED driver circuit, low voltage 3.5V input, the output current can reach 550MA, can drive 1W: 3 个, 3W: 1 个, high power LED, low quiescent current , typical 120uA, the external circuit is simple, just a few parts. Output current 700mA, can be precisely controlled by an external sense resistor, the output current. SW6200 includes current limiting and thermal protection circuitry to prevent overload damage to the output device.
