JB-5C-based desktop roughness profiler

JB-5C roughness profile instrument widely used in machining, automotive, bearings, machine tools, touch tools, precision metal, optical processing and other industries. Instrument drive box provides a stroke of 100 mm long precision linear reference guide, linear motion sensors along the rails, the amount of displacement by precision grating displacement sensor data collection. Box can be driven horizontally by horizontal adjustment knob ± 10 degrees, respectively, through the control box and the operation keys or software interface to move horizontally and vertically. Measuring instrument with a computer and special software, under WINDOWS XP operating system in the measurement software easy and intuitive, feature-rich. Measure a variety of roughness and contour shape parameter of precision machine parts. Can be assessed by fitting radius circle center distance of two angles, distances and so on. Thereby measure the straightness, crown, heart ditch distance, tilt, vertical distance, horizontal distance, steps and other shape parameters. The transducer is operated with either keys on the control box or the buttons on the window interface. The JB-5C software runs on Windows XP. It is used to measure the form and roughness of profiles of precision parts. In addition to roughness, by fitting least-square line of nominal form, a variety of form parameters can be measured, such as radius, angle, straightness, convexity, vertical and horizontal distance, and distances between points, circles, and slots.
