The hmc629lp4 (E) is a four digit attenuators, broadband GaAs IC in a low-cost lead-free SMT package. This versatile digital attenuator integrated chip capacitors in DC operation AC ground, making it suitable for a wide variety of RF and IF applications. Dual-mode control interface CMOS / TTL compatible and accepts a three-wire serial input or 4-bit parallel word. It only needs 33 db attenuation range of applications, which hmc629lp4 (E) provides excellent attenuation accuracy of up to 10 GHz. The hmc629lp4 (E) is located in a line with RoHS 4x4 mm leadless QFN package and requires no external matching components.
