Huang Seabuckthorn

Alias: sea buckthorn yellow pigment; seabuckthorn pigments. Ingredients: mainly carotenoids and flavonoids containing yellow pigment. Properties: orange powder or liquid extract, no smell. Stable performance, heat and light and strong, dry baked with 200 ℃ 20min, a solution of 100 ℃ cook 2h, had no effect. It has little effect on the pH change. Durable storage without color. But easy and Fe3 +, Ca  and other metal ions compound and discoloration. Insoluble in water, soluble in alcohol, ether, chloroform, acetone and other non-polar solvents and oils. PH value of 0.1% ethanol solution of about 0.09, with bright yellow.
