Flange plunger valve

Piston valve is made up of body, bonnet, stem, plunger hole frame, dense rings, hand wheels and other parts (see figure). When the handwheel is rotated, driving the plunger through the stem in the hole down the middle frame to complete reciprocation valve opening and closing function. In the valve between the plunger and the sealing ring with an interference fit, by adjusting the gland flange bolts, the sealing ring compression products and lateral force generated in the cylindrical bore surface of the valve body and the plunger seal, thus ensuring the valve sealing, to prevent internal leakage, the valve opening moments while small, can achieve rapid opening and closing of the valve. Since the sealing ring with strong resilience, high abrasion resistance, non-toxic new sealing material, having subjected to long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity, reliable sealing performance and durability.
