The Instruction     1.  Use the screwdriver to loosen the screws  2. Hold both ends and pull outwards.  3.  Place the heel of the shoe on the skate.  4.   Hold both ends and push inwards to hold shoes tight. 5. Remove the shoe and tighten screws
