1. Introduction about the materials
ABS 500 is a cement-based, easy-levelling, pump or hand applied screed for concrete floors. It is abrasion resistant. Layer thickness is about 4-15 mm. The screed endures foot traffic after 4-6 hours depending on the temperature. Light traffic is allowed after 24 hours. Full traffic is possible after 1 week in normal conditions. ABS 500 is suitable for levelling floors in apartments, offices and public buildings, and medium heavy industry. The material can form levelling and hardening floors for PVC- and textile carpets, rubber floors, parquet blocks, ceramic tiles, stone tiles, epoxy floors and polyurethane floors. ABS 500 is also suitable for reconstructing worn floors in workshop, warehouse, apartments and marketplace.

2. Application process
Application conditions
The building must have a roof, and window and door openings must be kept closed. During screeding and 1 week afterwards, the temperature of the substrate and ambient air must remain between +10??C-+25??C. The relative humidity of the substrate must be<95%. Draft on the floor surface must be avoided during screeding and 1 day afterwards.
