| Re: Brazilian Sugar offer... Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We have the ability to offer you SUGAR from Brazil. We are DIRECT to the seller. There are no brokers or any mandates involved. We are partners with the seller and are able to supply you with information very quickly. We can offer you RAW sugar and REFINED sugar. The following are some points of interest and procedures to follow if you would like to continue with us: 1. We only supply minimum 25,000mt shipments and NOT 12,500mt shipments. We have Approximately 10 Million MT allotted to us for sale. (and more to come) 2. We DO NOT deliver to China, Iraq or Turkey. 3. Payment instruments that are acceptable are: BG, SBLC and transferable, irrevocable, Confirmed DLC. 4. PB is 2%. 5. Payment:100% at sight of shipping documents at buyer"s bank from loading port. We do Not accept deferred payment terms and do not accept payment at port of destination. 6. All documents (SGS report, PB, B/L etc. ) will be presented at time of presentation of NON-Operative financial instrument... Not before. 7. Once we agree to a soft quote for you, we will then require LOI and BCL (which will be Made out direct to the seller). Once these 2 documents are acceptable, seller will Forward to you FCO for your final confirmation. Buyer is required to sign it and return, and Then seller will forward a DRAFT contract for buyer"s final confirmation. This process Moves very quickly. 8.
