If there"re several kinds of powder raw materials, they should be mixed well first. Then, adhesive is sprayed or poured directly from the top of the vessel. Together, they will be fully mixed by the mixing blade, and become humid soft material. Then, the cutting blade will smash them into uniform granules. Features: 1) The machine adopts horizontal structure which is reasonable 2) Air seal shaft for driving, and it might be changed with water when clean the machine 3) Fluidized granulation to make the product with good sphericity and flowability 4) Compare to traditional process, 25% of adhesive is saved, so the drying time is short 5) The mixing time is usually 2 - 3 minutes, and the granulating time is usually 1 - 4 minutes. The processing time is only around 1/4 - 1/5 compare to traditional process 6) Dry mixing, humid mixing and granulating processes are completed in the same seal vessel, so to conform to GMP standard 7) There strict safe and protection measures for operation |
