Our procedure, after we provided you with soft quote and NCNDA is signed:
1. Buyer sends official LOI and BCL.
2. seller issues a Soft Offer to the Buyer.
3. buyer issues an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) .
4. seller issues a Full Corporate Offer to the buyer
5. seller issues a draft contract to the Buyer.
6. buyer / Seller amend / agree the draft contract.
7. seller issues Final Contract
8. necessary Quality Certificates and POP will now be produced Bank To Bank for Authentication.
9. buyer will then, within 7 days of signing the Hard Copies, open an operative payment instrument to the Seller"s bank.
10. shipping will commence as per contract.
