Dear Sir,
We Urgently require the ply board in following sizes with given specs: ORDER CAN BE GIVEN WITHIN 10 DAYS.
Annual Requirement: 100000 Boards per size described below.
1. Ply as per IS 303 ?
a. 1220*2440*19 mm ( 11+2 layers of face on both the sides)
b. 1000*2500*19 mm ( 11+2 layers of face on both the sides)
c. 1020*2500*19 mm ( 11+2 layers of face on both the sides)
d. 1220*2440*9 mm ( 5 +2 layers of face on both the sides)
As per IS 303 standard there are two grades (MR and BWR) available. Moisture resistance (MR) grade is being made by using UF Glue alternatively (Means glue is applied on both the sides of cores alternatively) and Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) grade is being made by using PF Glue alternatively. Other raw materials are same in both the grades. Our customer has not mentioned any specific grade required.
2. Ply as per IS 710 ?
a. 1220*2440*19 mm ( 11+2 layers of face on both the sides)
b. 1020*2500*19 mm ( 11+2 layers of face on both the sides)
As per IS 710 standard this should be boiling water proof (BWP) grade. This grade is being made by using PF glue on both the sides of every core.
Please find attached detailed IS standards for your reference.
