| Invitation for Express of Interest (EOI) Arma Agriculture Ltd. is intending to set up a Feed Mill (Cattle feed / fish feed output) at their agriculture complex in northern region of Bangladesh. Interested Authorized Agents/Suppliers/Dealers/Distributors are requested to submit their Technical & Financial offer in the separate envelope for the necessary equipment & machineries along with one set brochure and should be marked as Confidential. 1. Items name: Supply, installation, Test and commissioning of Feed Mill (Cattle and Fish Feed output) plant (Turn Key basis) with item wise quoted charge. 2. Production Capacity: 5-8 Ton / hour with extensible warranty period: 18 months offer installation of machineries. 4. Operational period: 3-6 month operational training need to be mentioned separately on monthly basis. 4. Time of submission: EOI shall be submitted by 12:00 on March 10, 2008 in sealed envelope. The detail proposal should be addressed to the Chairman, Arma Agriculture Ltd. Arma Complex House # 1/B, Road # NS 1 (Main Road), Block A, Banasree, Dhaka-1219, with experience of supply including authentification of the firm.
