1. PROCEDURE TO PROCESS PROFESSIONAL WORK PERMIT
AA. REGISTER COMPANY - To register limited company in your name, cost about RM 4,500 equivalent USD 1,500.
Documentation : Need candidates passport copy and fees.
BB. We need your passports photocopy alongwith atleast 50 PERCENT payment to start process. Also you may provide your choosen 3 TO 4 names of company, which we will filed for company name approval. Also we need your choosen business list, which you want to run under this company.
CC. Upon approval, we will provide you approval copy to you and you will pay balance. then will submit all these Forms to Company Registry Deptt for completion of approval and issuance of Incorporation Certificate of your company.
2. PROCEDURE TO GET APPROVAL WORK PERMIT
Alongwith your company documents and your Complete CV e.g. Bio-data, certificate, white background photograph, will submit to Immigration Department to obtain approval of your Professional WP i.e. Residence Work Permit.
Then you can stay here permanently and will renew every 2 years, Also you will get Gold I-Card i.e. IC to live permanently and enjoying all facility in Malaysia. Even you may bring family e.g. wife, children on dependent visa. Atleast After holding this Permit & stay in Malaysia for minimum 5 years, you may apply for PR i.e. Permanent Residency in Malaysia ; because you will maintain TAX PAYEE registration and he can obtain Credit Card from local Banks easily. Then you may work any organisation according to your skillness through finding his selected job on negotiated salary, or can run any kind of small or medium or high business including shop, Mini Market, restaurant, cyber cafe or any other business.
