We plan to erect a low cost Apartment housing project in Entebbe Uganda (East Africa). The Apartment block is for renting to the low and medium income earners in Entebbe Uganda.
We would prefer to use light gauge prefabricated steel frame building system with interior panels.
We need a single block one storey Apartment block consisting of 6 houses of 2-bedroom units should be fully fitted and equiped.
The fittings should include among others:
Windows and doors
Kitchen and Toilet facilities
The single apartment block shall have:
three (3) housing units on ground floor
three (3) housing units on 1st floor
Each housing unit will consist of the following:
Measurements in (Feet)
Living room: 12 ft * 13 ft
Kitchen (with counter): 12 ft * 13 ft
Bedroom - 1: 11ft * 10.5 ft
Bedroom - 2: 11ft * 10.5ft
Bathroom toilet:
The ceiling heights for each floor: 3.5 Metres
The idea of the project is to provide affordable housing to the low and medium income earners in Entebbe Uganda.
It would nice if you came up with a design that its afforadable and relatively cheap.
Please also take into consideration the high temperatures in Entebbe Uganda : 26 - 32 degrees centigrade.
