We plan to erect low cost motel bedrooms for low income / budget travellers/ budget tourists in Entebbe Uganda. Our prefered building system is the light Guage Steel structure building system
The idea is to construct the motel rooms using the cheapest available means. We need a single prefabricated Motel Bedroom Block - 10 Rooms.
The 10 bedrooms should be spread:
-- 5 Rooms - Ground Floor
-- 5 Rooms - 1st Floor
The block should be fully fitted and equiped : plumbing, electrical, doors and windows.
All the roooms should be uniform and each should consist of:
Bedroom : 3.5 Metres * 3.5 Metres
Toilet / Shower : 3.5 Metres * 1.9 Metres
Verandah area: 3.5 Metres * 2.0 Metres
