We - Aplicom - are in Europe one on the most prominent producers of telematics and telemetry hardware and we are now looking for a long period partnership with a producer of a Windows based robust PDA (no GSM!) with stable car holder, preferably with included navigation software. It should communicate with our telematics device over RS232.Also it should have a CE -certificate and if a navigation device, be provided with West European maps made by Navteq or TeleAtlas. In best case is the the navigation client modifyable with an API or SDK. Price level should be under 200 EUR by volumes over 1000 pieces.
