| Looking for factory in Thailand or Vietnam that does detailed, nicely finished work for runs of maximum 400 pieces, usually smaller (but company is growing). We work in silk, cotton, jersey, and leather (leather for bags, belts, etc...). Looking for factory to handle all aspects of production -pattern making, material dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing, packaging, etc... I am NOT looking for a factory to make just simple t-shirts and fisherman style cotton pants. I need better quality than that. Sizing should be accurate (same as pattern), stitching straight and even, color precise and even, no holes or soiled garments, first piece should be the same as the last in a run and production must be timely and conform closely to estimate of time needed.... I have many bad experiences which is why I am looking for a new factory. All this I believe is not too much to ask and is well within normal expectations for garment production.
