| To whom it may concern, We are a large packaging broker in the united states. I have a project that i would like to give to you to look at but i would like to ask the following questions beforehand: I have a bag which is basically the same printing for all three types. There are three - four types: 1. Multi wall paper bag with hdpe clear poly middle layer. ( this is fairly standard) 2. Multi wall paper bag with a white ldpe interior layer inner liner. (this is not standard, everyone does not do this). Note it is ldpe, not hdpe. We cannot have hdpe liner because the chemical we are putting in the bag is too aggressive and it cannot be put into a bag that has an hdpe liner. So far, the only thing that works is ldpe liner. 3. Multiwall paper bag with foil inner liner. 4. Multiwall paper bag with foil middle liner. They are printed 2-3 colours,100% ink coverage. The style is the same for all of them -- pinch bottom bags. There is only one size for the foil bags, but there are three sizes for each of the bags that have hdpe or ldpe. Please the attached photographs. If these are bags that you can supply or make, let me know. The reason why i am sending this view is because some companies only make valve cement bags or do not supply a foil interior etc etc If you can supply some of these bags but not all, i am still interested -the one that really is in question is the white ldpe poly interior -- this is the one that we need to see if you can make. Total volume is 2 million to 2.5 million bags per year. The main quantity is the white ldpe liner bag, the foil bags are lesser but still a lot. Let me know what you can make. Please note: If you can make the main bag that we need, paper multi-wall bag with a white ldpe inner liner, you will have the best chance for getting the business because this is exactly what we need. However, if you cannot produce this type of bag i am open to any suggestions you may have for an alternative inner liner that will withstand aggressive chem |
