| We are looking for rolls according our sketch, made by plastic moulding. The rolls have to have an outer diameter of 90 mm, an inner diameter of 25, 5 mm (the later on used driven steel axis will have a diameter of 25) and a length of about 100 mm. According to your achievable accuracy the surfaces of the rolls have to be machined to enable transport of goods by the driven axis and friction only. Made out of plastic PA, alternatively PE, besides manufactured according to our sample we would send you if your (rough) quotation will be economical for us. Needed demand 1000 pieces alternatively 2000, alternatively 4000 rolls when testing of some samples could be finished successfully. Beyond these rolls we do need similar rolls with an outer diameter of 60 mm only. Please not the attached photo. |
