| We are planning to produce All-Stainless Structures. These structures are 50 ft long, 4 ft wide and 7 ft tall. They weigh about 6, 000 pounds. The plan is to produce-initially-the smallest parts of these structures, while we continue to assemble them into sub-assemblies over here. As soon as we work out the minor problems of the parts you will assemble the subassemblies over there. And once the sub assemblies are perfect (or close to it) you would assembly the entire structure over there. Making parts only would take about one year. Making good sub-assemblies would take another year. Meaning, by 2009 you would be assembling the complete structure over there. At this time we are selling about (20) of these structures per year-Made entirely in America. Assuming that our co-operative venture were successful, we would sell about 50 of these structures in 2010 with steady increases of about 10% / year thereafter. The parts of these structures require Lathe and Milling machining, as well as sheet metal work. Also TIG welding and hand polishing to sanitary food equipment standards.
