| Looking to start a company that sells comforter bed sets that include bed sheets, comforters, and pillow cases, I am lookin for a company that has the capabilities of producing custom ordered bed sets. I want to get several bed sets made with several different designs put on or "printed" on the comforter. In order to do this I might have to have the fabric custom made with the design I want weaved into it and then have it sewn into a comforter. I am unaware of the textile industry and dont know the different processes of getting a design into the fabric. Does your company offer this service of fabric production as well as bed set production? I would want the products to be of quality and be comfortable and soft preferably 100% cotton. I would probably order 20 of each design to start out with, more as they begin to sell. I would probably start with 5 of each size bed (twin, full, queen, and king) and have 5-10 different designs I want produced. So roughly I am looking to have made 100 comforters but 5 different designs at the current time before I want to start increasing production. Also please explain your pricing in American dollars when it comes to production costs of a product such as this. |
